As I observe AIDS and HIV diseases are transferable by sexual contact but world can stop it by using condom or any thing that can support your health and by stopping the prostitution on the world and having sex with safeties.
To be prostitutes may affect their lives by means of diseases. Prostitutes may experience a lifetime of current illnesses, such as sexually transmitted disease, fertility problems, pregnancy complication, malnutrition’s, tuberculosis and depression it is based on my research to the prostitutes that known me.
The teenager that having this job involved in the sex trade face new and potentially fatal dangers in light of the spread of HIV and AIDS.
There’s some solution to this problems of our country, safe houses for teenagers who are lacked of houses to be field, free education and training for the parents for the life of the teenagers, healing of sexual and physical abuse, we need the psychiatrist to be young abuse, treatment for substances abuse issues that’s also I told before this sentences, socioeconomics alternative for kids who are homeless or in desperately unsafe conditions and media exposure.
HIV and AIDS are kinds of disease that we are going to disappear in our body because these diseases are very harmful in the body. And we have to do the safety way or having a safety thing like condoms or other contra diseases.
Having sex with others are not safe even your husband or your wife and now a days not only a exact age are having sex with homosexual or heterosexual intercourse but also the teenager that’s why now we have to find a solution in different kind of diseases were having.
Synopsis
The HIV epidemic has been spreading steadily for the past two decades, and now affects every country in the world. Each year, more people die and the number of people living with HIV continues to rise – in spite of the fact that we have developed many proven HIV prevention methods. We now know much more about how HIV is transmitted than we did in the early days of the epidemic, and we know much more about how we can prevent it being transmitted.
One of the key means of HIV prevention is education – teaching people about HIV: what it is, what it does, and how people can protect them. Over half of the world’s population is now under 25 years old. This age group is more threatened by AIDS than any other; equally it is the group that has more power to fight the epidemic than any other. Education can help to fight HIV, and it must focus on young people.
The problem seems to stem from the fact that HIV is often sexually transmitted, or is transmitted via drug use. Any subject that concerns sex between young people or drug use tends to be seen from a moralistic perspective. Many adults – particularly those of the religious right – believe that teens need to be prevented from indulging in these high-risk activities. They believe that young people shouldn’t – and don’t need to be – provided with any education about these subjects, other than to be told that they are ‘wrong’, and not to do such things. Unfortunately, however, adults have been trying to stop young people from having sex and taking drugs for many, many years with little success, so this method alone seems unlikely to offer any real relief in terms of the global AIDS epidemic.
There are other difficulties in taking an exclusively moral approach to HIV education. Firstly, this is what tends to perpetuate stigmatization of HIV+ people. By teaching young people that indulging in ‘immoral’ sex and drugs will lead to HIV infection, educators imply that anyone who is HIV+ is therefore involved in these ‘immoral’ activities. This stigmatization tends to make people reluctant to be tested for HIV, and therefore more inclined to remain ignorant of their status – and perhaps go on to infect others. AIDS education shouldn’t ever include a moral judgment – it is one thing to teach young people that promiscuous sex and intravenous drug use are unsafe, another thing to teach them that these things are morally wrong.

In this kind of poverty many people are going to suffer if they don’t know the correct strategy of life. In Caloocan many of the child here are collecting garbage also the minors and they want to go in the school but the needs of one family are not sufficient to the salary of the family, and then one reason to this institution why there are children or minors are having a problem like that is because the needs giving by the government are not totally going to this place and many of this are lack of opportunities.

Many people now are in this position and many reach people are going to down to the middle class and to the lower class because of global recession that we have experiencing now so that many people are doing the bad things like the life of the family of Ekang that the father is hold upper and the mother is a prostitute and her grandmother is a seller of prostitute in their compound and her uncle is a student who is hard headed.
We are experiencing this situation because of the system of our government and most of them are corrupting our tax but instead they are helping to the poor Pilipino, they are corrupting our money of many government official and they doing increasing their standing in life.
We cant escape this kind of problem because of what we called poverty and we are not going to solve this problem if we don’t have a good model and no love for the country and that is the main characteristic of a good model that we are going to find and we are not just going to vote any people who buying our vote only that they don’t have a quality of a good president in our government.
Many situation are worsening because people how, they don’t want a good president if they pay for vote of this president they choose it they want a money instead of a good country as well and don’t pay attention to our economic crisis, that is primary problem that we are going to avoid so that our country are going to increase in poverty right now.
The solution of the problem of this family, if any member of the family they must to help each other as the situation of this uncle whose name is Benjie so that they have to fix his study to prevent the next generation to worst their lives and to help each other to prevent the worst case.

There are so many statistics coming out, most of them inconsistent and not up to date. If we were to base our analysis of the drug situation in the country from these, we cannot paint a clear or realistic picture of the havoc that illegal drugs have wreaked in our society.
There is a need to produce a more consolidated, comprehensive and updated statistics on the extent of drug addiction in the country. Some anti-drug authorities and agencies are bragging about the decline in drug addiction among Filipinos, but their figures are incomprehensive and more than a year old. So those cannot be reflective of the current situation.
These declining figures may be considered as good news, but we should take note of the date of the survey. The survey was conducted in nearly two years ago already. How can we be sure that between 2004 and now, the number of drug addicts have not increased again?
We should not be complacent. It is too early to tap ourselves in the back; the fight against drug addiction is a continuous one. Here in the Philippines drug dependence or addiction has become a severe social problem for its adverse effects upon our most precious resource the Filipino Youth.Sad to say that the Filipino Youth are the common victims of this social problem that now leads us to the Philippines economic problem.

Malnutrition is one of the largest of biggest social problem that the Philippines are facing. Due to the unprecedented number of malnourished people, there are noticeable deleterious effects such as easily getting sick because of their bodies lack of resistance. Malnutrition is a big problem in the Philippines especially among the youngest segment of our population. Also malnutrition can lead to death. Malnutrition weakens the immune system making children more susceptible to disease that can cause morality such as primary complex.
Malnutrition today is not only caused by a single physical factor bit a multitude of factors. It is not that there is inequality of resources but in reality, there are abundant resources that are inefficiently being used. It is true that poverty and the inability to buy food contribute to malnutrition and that hunger is synonymous with malnutrition. Now a day’s primary attention is being given to feeding hungry families quiet anything that can be called food, without any consideration to nutrition anymore.
In the present economic situation and housing is quiet out of reach. The country is facing a multitude of problems that it doesn’t know which problem should be prioritized. Malnutrition has been a societal and medical problem for so long as we can remember that there should have been a clear and definite solution by now.
Come to think of it, the government has no clear cut program on nutritional development. What is being done to mask the in an adequacy of a viable nutritional program is to hand out affordable food to the hungry masses which is at the most a remedial solution. The nutrition of the youth of today forms the foundation of the population’s health tomorrow. Proper emphasis should be given to address malnutrition this instant in order to ensure a future of healthy individuals.

In our country many people died because of having a disease and sickness, and some of the Filipino, right now are hoping the one time they having all the needs beyond that hungers.
As I observed and I’ve seen in the video, Angela was very poor in nutrient and also the money of course, and she died at the very young age of 19 at the Philippines, lack of foods is the primary problem of our country so that many children’s are not in a good health that’s why it causes not to go in the school so that many people in the Philippines are suffering from poverty because some of the parents are having so many child, even if they don’t have a opportunity to handle a good family.
Many of the young child in our country are suffering from malnutrition and because they cannot afford to buy a nutrition food as well. You cannot ignore malnutrition. It is apparent. Curbing it today is like slowing the aging process, thus prolonging life and at the same time pleasing the marker.

Synopsis
A person like Lydia Marcos with TB can transmit the disease through droplets when he coughs shouts or sings. Any person who inhales these droplets can become infected with TB.
It does not matter if a person is rich or poor, educated or illiterate, malnourished children and adults who are exposed to the TB bacteria are more at risk of developing the disease since their immune systems are weakened.
The health centers in our community are very rare. Anti-TB drugs are available in all rural health centers. Once a TB patient is identified, the medicines a patient will need to take daily for six to eight months are automatically allocated. Health officials said people have certain misconception about the disease.
They said TB is not caused by perspiration drying on ones back, by overexertion of fatigue. It is not cause by smoking or pollution, although they are risk factors. TB is also not transmitted through food or drink or using utensils. Some patient may stop their treatment after two months.
They don’t get better but they feel better. If you don’t do treatment properly, that will result in drugs resistance.
The tragedy also requires that health providers use the phlegm or sputum microscopy for diagnosis instead of more expensive x-ray.
As a sign of our worsening health problems here in our country we may use the give of the government as well to consume it very well. We are lucky because they are in a good health and a good place and environment.
Commentaries
Because of poverty many people died. And the cause of it is lack of health centers in many provinces and also the medicine can’t reach the very far province like Mindanao or the northern part of the country. Some of those peoples are need to reach the medicine that given by the government officials for those who can’t afford to buy their needing medicine. As a example of that is Lydia Marcos, she’s having and suffering from tuberculosis and because of lack of medicine and lack of nearer health centers she died according to the survey, 4 out of 10 Filipinos are died in tuberculosis, and 75 Filipinos in one day are died cause by tuberculosis.
And many Filipinos are encountering this problem of the government in our country. In the province there are lack of doctors and nurses to assist their needs to the health problems. And according to the World Health Organization or WHO, the ratio of the doctors and the patient is at 1:3 are the correct ratio. Because of this poor heath seeking behavior, TB afflicted people tend to ignore their illness until they are already in a bad state. Despite the reduction in the prevalence rate, there’s still a lot of work to be done.

As I observe in the people in the province nearer to the Pacific Ocean, there jobs is fishing only and their lives are always in danger because of poverty and for the sake of their family.
There are so many people in the Philippines which are also in this situation, so that we need to remove the system of poverty in our country.
We need to survive by means of education of the young people and the question is, how we can educate this people or the young ones if we have not sufficient amount to give the study to the children.
Same as the poor Pilipino they want to rise to poverty so that they have to find easiest jobs to rise to poverty and them to do the bad way.
Now days many people are wanted to rich because of poverty, and because of the poverty, many people are doing badly and in any way and because of that the numbers of criminals in our country are increasing and it causes by government official.
Many people in our country their need is the accurate value of ponds of the government to used it by the poor Pilipino and to sustain their need and the need of the young people by our country and to paid our credit to the other country.
But right now there are so many government officials who are corrupt so that the voters are needed to choose wisely and to choose the right candidates for the sake of our country and to reduce the poor Pilipino in our country.
Synopsis
In the province nearer to the Pacific Ocean, there are so many families that their income are in from fishing only and every week is the time to spend their hour into their family because every times come many of that father are going to the middle of the sea and before the many days some mother are always worrying because the father are having a one weak to provide a tuna in the seashore are their family are waiting to them.
Because of poverty many people are having this situation and they don’t have a chance to eat a good food like their selling tuna. And many father, their income are not sufficient to get their kids to the school.
Actually these people are getting their lives to danger just to pick a food to their family that’s a life now. But we can’t easily to escape that problem, and we can escape to this problem by means of studying but, in this province they can’t afford to go to the school because if their child are going to the school they don’t have a food to eat, that’s a sacrifice for the people like that.

Title: The Philippine Agenda

Synopsis
The problem of the education in the Philippines is worsening because many schools in province are lack of rooms, books, teachers, and also too many students that cannot handle well the teachers and the fact that many of the teachers are not trained well.
There are so many students are they have the same problems in financial, and be half of that many students are not in a good health, some of there are under weight because of lack of foods and the other are stopped because also the financial problem.
According to the survey of the University of the Philippines, the ratio of the students and the teachers is 1:25 but now at the province, in many regions, the ratio of the teachers and the students is almost 1:100 because of lack of classroom, and they said that besides building more schools, the education sector needs more funds to hire more teachers and to buy more desks, tables, books and other supplies; fund more alternative learning programs, school health and nutrition programs and boost teachers’ benefits.
Commentative
I believe that one of the causes of our present predicament is the lack of a holistic population management program, and I have seen on the video many poor students are not teach well because the number of teachers are not enough and also the facilities are not enough, and I believe that one of the most problem of the students are their parents. They need responsible parenthood; total understanding of having a family that can be sustained in a decent living condition is all that matters.
Parents whose income levels that can send their children to schools. All the problems on education, environment, hunger and poverty, and so many others will not be solved. The public, meanwhile, watches blindly from the sidelines, with no way in nor out in what critics call one of the morally, ethically and scientifically questionable bills in a predominantly Catholic nation like the Philippines. But while the debate rages on, reproductive health is basically an unknown concept to most Filipino women.
Families that seriously believe in Catholic doctrine can practice family-planning and birth control without pills and devices. They can use the Church-approved Billings method or Rhythm method—or be more disciplined and practice continence.
All pregnant women should have access to skilled care at the time of birth, and all those with complications should have timely access to quality emergency obstetric care.
The economic status of each childbearing mother also plays a major role in surviving complications that may arise from pregnancy. There are more maternal and fetal deaths among the poor.
A rich woman has more chances of surviving the difficulties of pregnancy and childbirth, because she can afford to have access to proper medical attention before, during and after pregnancy.
Most poor women receive scant, if any, health care during pregnancy. Even public health centers are not easily accessible to them. Or if these are, public health centers are ill-equipped both in staff members and facilities to attend to women’s needs.
